I just looked at some pics of a SILVER one WITH bags..

oh no, I think I might want one!!

To me, it looks like if you hit the brakes hard,

the bike would fly apart!!

I don't want one...
Did not see any parts fly off .................but the brakes were fantastic with almost no dive. THis kind of surprised me as the bike has plenty of suspension travel.

Do yourself a (un)favor, don't test ride it! I did, and I can't keep thinking about it. It's not perfect, no motor is, however, if you can learn to change your own oil, it doesn't seem too bad for maintenance. It is so light compared to the ST, it feels like it has wings (and not tip-over wings).
As far as the dealer network is concerned, it's not much different than BMW.
And BTW, there are some Honda dealers out there that have rarely seen an ST, let alone worked on one.
It's quick, easy to handle, not tall enough to be a problem (for me), and just a ball to ride. It may make you think you are younger!
I have ridden the R1200GS, and I thought the Multi had a much better ride.

Ride one. See what you think. I love the red, but would paint the beak and front fender RED, too!
