Hondas New Vultus

Re: Sat on a NM4

I saw one at the dealer the other day. I'm sure it will be there for a long long time. Somebody at Honda must of been on some hard drugs! That is the most stupid looking bike I have ever seen!

That is what my friend in the business used to refer to as a birthday bike.........cuz it'll be there in a year. :birthday

Re: Sat on a NM4

Aren't you glad they are coming up with models like this instead of improvements to the ST1300? :)

Honda NM4 - WT...?

It's gonna take a LONG time to get used to this thing.
Remember Battlestar Gallactica?
Is it a scooter, a bike, snowmobile?
What the ...?

I actually didn't know what to think. In a way, I applaud them for taking a different design path. I see promise in there somewhere. Maybe load it up with gadgets. Maybe give it a V4 with 190hp and gobs of torque. It will be so fast; people won't have time to look at it!!! Sometimes you have to make the bold move. This will be the kind of bike that appeals to the younger set maybe. This is not made for you old people!!!:D

"This it the last time I'm going to tell you punk kids to Quit making fun of my Vultus!"

"Hey, did that dog just lift his leg on my Vultus?!"

Easy mistake to make but truthfully I find the lines of a fire hydrant easier on the eyes.....:D

$17k (usd) list price for a 750cc bike? (9699 pounds)

As if it wasn't ugly enough to prevent sales.

My local dealer has only had two of them and both sold the same day they arrived at the dealership...I can't seem to get there fast enough to take a look at one in person.

They're flying off the floor........at least that's how they look, lol

Second that! I called around a few Honda joints in Seattle metro and they told me that these bikes were sold the same day they arrived

It looks like Honda's design boys knew what they were doing and knew the market they were aiming at.

It's not my cuppa joe but there's no reason for me to dislike it let alone hate it. It's got two wheels and if the owner loves it that looks like win-win-win to me.
