As well as at least three points where the hose(s) are laying on, or are going to wear against the metal fasteners they are resting against.
I did replace the t-stat and housing. I had a minny geyser at the top of the cover. Ordered the gasket and while trying to place the cover back on the gasket tore. 2 on order this time.….and end up doing it another time?
Your frustrated enough, wait for the new gasket.
Have you considered replacing the t-stat housing?
Is it pitted badly, causing leaks?
