Sadly, I'm "that" person who'd walk onto the property to ask "why" : )
I see that you are from Texas, so isn't that the State where if you walk onto someone's property you may get a few extra holes in your person?:rofl1: Not really that funny I guess. Anyways they have since moved it closer to the main road so must just be "artwork"

(Tomball, TX) Traditionally known as the "Pickle Man", he's also got a couple other referenced names such as
"Pizza Man" (you'll note it's holding a pizza pan), and
"Mari-ja-hoochie Man" (he kinda looks like a shoddily-rolled mary-whanna cigarette, plus appears it's holding one in the right hand).

In the 1990s, an Italian restaurant built the statue to advertise fried pickles and was orig green with black tux, hat, and shoes.
