I agree. We have multiple witnesses that we rode past Canyon Motorsports and waved on the way to Cherry Springs. It's covered.

Grabbed it already. Will be in it's new spot this week.
 
Not only which, Rule 8 allows a restart without a visit to the previous location if there's been no move in six months.

Speaking of which...what exactly do the rules say about the time frame for moving tags A > B? I was always under the impression that it had to be done within the same day?

No rule on time between grab and drop, that I recall. But a grab without a drop risks being Bruced if the interval is lengthy, or if the game is active.
 
Possible depending on interpretation. 24hr courtesy notice has expired, so I'm commandeering it.

Grab and Drop. Plus a bonus clock. (Just noticed the time is wrong on both clocks by at least 6 hours)

I couldn't get the photo I imagined because they moved Big Boy. Plus I was getting "heat" about the heat, so my composition time was curtailed.

OK, I made it to Steamtown for the pick up but the gate was closed. Got as close as I could. Even went to the trolley museum and tried to take a picture through the fence.

so, this is what I got:
