The trick is to look for who qualifies as a seller first, and buy smart.
Note: CycleGear.com does not qualify for the rebate.
But my local CycleGear does. So I just make a stop there and order my tires from them.
I think they are trying to support local businesses, not online merchants.
I buy from CycleGear for two reasons. First to support a store that has supported me. Second, I change my own tires now...but if I get into a bind, they'll change them for $25 a tire -- if I purchased from CycleGear. From someone else like Amazon, I'm out of luck if I run into problems.
