ST1300-PA mystery leak

Ok so im no longer a virgin. Im an engineer, not a mechanic Jim!!
Because i dont want to miss some traffic and escort business this weekend and on the Fourth, the time for talk and planning is over, and time for surgery begins!

So at 9pm after a long day of work, driving 2 hours in traffic to get parts, sundry home chores, its time to pop Tupperware

Thats two, plus i dont want to pull the front crash bars off to pull the big upper left cowl, so i just pull all the screws and fasteners. Theres just enough room to slide the old bottle out, and put the new in

And yes, i took the advice to mark up the level bars

What a PITA this plastic is, no wonder this bike is expensive to service
poured in fresh blue blood, and no leaks (yet) in a static test. Active test tomorrow when folks aren’t sleeping.

While i was at it, i modded a mic clip and bolted it to the left clutch bar clamp.

Notes:
1. I used a daily pill organizer to keep track of the screw and fastener ordering
2. The radiator’s cooling matix was covered with a mix of mud, bugs, and other fodder that completely covered the intakes. I carefully brushed them clean, maybe for the first time ever. That has to have affected cooling efficiency and engine temps.

Thats it for now
