I goofed! I purchased this fantastic helmet and it is half a size too small. I ordered based on the sizing of the RPHA Max helmet I wore for 5+ years and discovered the 2 models are the same shape but the Max is sized more generously. I've worn the helmet 3 times - to and from Onstoc and once around town. It feels good for the first hour but after 2 hours I need to take it off.

Many years ago a really nice guy from Stratford - some of you might know him, sometimes seen riding a Vespa while wearing a kilt - hosted a unique gathering at his shop. The purpose was to teach those in attendance how to make heated socks. I have a pair that have a certain, shall we say, Red Green sort of vibe but they do work.

If you are curious to explore what heated socks feel like this is an inexpensive way to dabble - $0.

I'm sure someone will warm up to that idea.
