Funny - I started reading this thread and someone is wondering where to get something, and I am thinking 'why doesn't he just look on Amazon?' then I realize it's from 2009. lol

Had a bike rebuilding friend, rip, who swore his left thumbnail was appropriate for his points and his right worked to gap sparkplugs.
You made me go measure mine. R .023" L .025" and I can't even remember what we used to set points to. Been way to long,,,

amazon sells stainless steel feeler gages set of two (straight and angled labeled in inches and millimeters for about $15.00. just pay attention to the range of measurement to ensure your dimensions are included. ;)

Not sure which set you're referring to, but yeah, feeler gauges are cheap if you stick to Imperial sets.

These are under $8 for a single 26pc set that will have everything you'd ever need for valve adjustments.

I've seen the one hour valve adjustment video - great by the way - and read almost all of the threads on the valve adjustment subject as well as the Service Manual.
...
@RCS Indulge me and point me to the "one hour valve adjustment video" please. :)
