I bought a new UClear Motion 6 bluetooth headset a couple of years ago. Last December I noticed that the RH speaker sound seemed weak and I emailed UClear about getting it fixed. I noticed if I wiggled the speaker plug I could get it to sound better but it was intermittent. They got right back to me and asked for my address and immediately sent me a new set of speakers. I did not use the headset for a while and last week I noticed the sound was still not good on the RH side. I again contacted UClear and explained that I had tried the new speakers without success. Again they asked me for my address and they sent me a brand new Motion Infinity headset. Not only did they replace the headset well after the warranty expired, but they upgraded the headset to a more expensive model that includes emergency crash monitoring. UClear stands by their products and feel they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
