I bought a new UClear Motion 6 bluetooth headset a couple of years ago. Last December I noticed that the RH speaker sound seemed weak and I emailed UClear about getting it fixed. I noticed if I wiggled the speaker plug I could get it to sound better but it was intermittent. They got right back to me and asked for my address and immediately sent me a new set of speakers. I did not use the headset for a while and last week I noticed the sound was still not good on the RH side. I again contacted UClear and explained that I had tried the new speakers without success. Again they asked me for my address and they sent me a brand new Motion Infinity headset. Not only did they replace the headset well after the warranty expired, but they upgraded the headset to a more expensive model that includes emergency crash monitoring. UClear stands by their products and feel they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I've had similar problems with my Senas... one speaker would cutout. It was the pogo pins on the unit wearing through the copper pads on the helmet mount. I just replaced the helmet mount for $30. Note that this happened after about 5 years of nearly daily use, so I didn't pursue it with Sena.
