Yes Russ plenty in Texas but did you know they started way down south in Clarksville Indiana?
They've even migrated down South to Alabama, and they're decent for a chain restaurant.
Unlike Logan's, which is pitiful on fare and in service, and these have been closing down, as every sucky chow and lousy service food joint should.
A pox on Logan's, I say.

I'm always irritated with the fact that they have a reliably better ribeye than I can find in any store near me. On top of that, I can usually get it cooked and with a sweet potato and those damn rolls cheaper than the steak would cost at the store.

My (extended) family has a small cattle farm so I always got spoiled by fresh grass-fed cuts year-round. It's hard to justify a five-hour drive to and from the farm to pick up steak when I'm in the mood...

I haven't ridden yet this year.

I started on the dreaded rear caliper issue on my ST1300.
I think I have all the parts now. except the pads spring, I'll reuse the old one.
255,000km - I just bought a plug and play unit. This puppy got hot hot hot!
Now I get to do the complicated bleed procedure... 7 pages of instructions
I did it right the first time last time... wish me luck
Reminder to self... inspect and mic the rotors.

WeSTOC.org is 10 weeks away

Yeah, but...there's this universal biker language that pictures translate into a thousand words, and we can enjoy it. Plus, I like the old world look of some of those pictures. They have more character and beauty than our plain functional landscapes do.

For What It Is Worth (FWIW), here's the words translated.
Of course, my friend. I share with you some photos and I trust that the forum will translate well my words in Spanish into American English.

Please keep up the pictures!

Chris
