That was the 2nd staged photo. He wasn't Happy Rob in the 1st photo. The porcupine carcass didn't put up any struggle like he was expecting it to.

6702 miles in total. Whew!! This was my welcoming committee, within the last mile before my house.

Cherie and I pulled into our drive about 5:45 this afternoon, Cherie is picking tomatoes right now. The bike performed flawlessly our bodies are a little tired though. I see a new front tire before the next big ride and an oil change. Thanks to everyone for making it a memorable August. No picture of large wildlife but I could post photos of an overgrown lawn

I had a video camera attached to the helmet and the software is able to edit videos automatically so here is a short video from the camera. In time I will try to make a coherent video of the trip.
