She has a charisma that many of the other folks do not. Why does one kid get to be class president in high school? Lots of reasons. Whatever it is, Noraly has it.There are so many good riders/travelers who are ridging interesting and maybe no less dangerous places and posting on YT, yet only she gets this much attention. Beats me

This is what I've been doing now for 6 years -- marketing.
Keys are:
A formula that works for her. Excellent branding.
Consistent, quality content.
Excellent production quality, improving season over season.
Multiple social channels.
Good website.
She does what she wants.
Ecom store with branded merch.
This is more work than most can ever imagine, and she admits this on occasion.
Single-minded focus on this endeavor; she's not scattering her energy on non-related interests or hobbies.
No need for anyone - even me - to defend her. No matter of, or sometimes BECAUSE of her success, there will always be critics and detractors, but this is not restricted to moto vloggers or travelers, it is human nature.
There is a subset of humanity who will always resent the success of others, and it's always been this way.

Idols, why are we bringing religion into this? It is just motorcycles and people who ride them in interesting parts of the world on roads most of us could not ride.
They are not my "idols", I just enjoy watching them as I like watching a swallow or a bald eagle fly though the air.
They have stories to tell like Homer, Shakespeare, Mark Twain and Lee Child. Critiques of the stories is fine, but don't criticize me for reading or watching what I enjoy.

So you infer. Nobody is making a "religious" object out of her. Nobody is making her some kind of deity. If it seems that way maybe you need to clean your perception windscreen. That's all your mischaracterization for whatever reason. Which is about as accurate as saying the site deifies STs.
It irks you that people here enjoys IB's videos. You seem to want to change that. You start throwing shade on something people like and they respond with why they like it. You deem that "making a religious object out of her"? BS.
So first you don't like her and let everybody know it. Ok your preference. But anyone saying anything positive is wrong? Is engaging in idolatrous behavior? Or it just "seems that way". lol. This says more about you than anybody you talk about. And not in good way. But that's your choice.

BTW, I follow Itchy Boots and I kinda sorta saw your point, but it was probably your choice of words (semantics) rather than the sentiment that inspired push-back. Also, please do share links to other bikers that you find interesting. We can always use more
