Wild paragliding "accident"

I think it is one of those situations that have become more and more dangerous because of the increase in participants in the paragliding as well as sight-seeing flights in the area. I suspect there are no good answers.
My sentiments exactly...
Like with all other leisure activities, it gets way too crowded... everywhere...
The particular area is a "shared airspace" (used by para-gliders, gliders and motorized aircraft), and like in seafaring must motorized crafts evade non-motorized...
And the lady did not carry a warning system, dunno if a TCAS/ACAS is even applicable/completely reliable in such situations...

Not as spectacular but nonetheless lethal was a cattle stampede killing a 67 year old female hiker on an alpine pasture...
Again the, these days typical, ignorance of taking a dog with your and just traipsing along through an already obviously nervous herd of mother cows with calves... what could possible go wrong...
