Replacing steering stem bearing ST1100

Just a heads up when using tapered bearings, they require a lower torque on the bolt. It’s more of a feel. If they are too right you will experience a low speed wallow.
I read you right the first time, "tight" and not "right"... You mean attracted with too much torque so it becomes too tight.
 
Buying tapered Steering Head Bearings with seals for my ST1100 -99, have always liked SKF bearings but can't find them. What about "ALL BALLS" sold in local stores here or "NTN" on eBay, anything negative about either of those?
