The two I'd been considering were the HaloCam and INNOVV K2. The HaloCam seems to have most / all the same features as the INNOVV for about 2/3 the money.
I would recommend against the INNOVV K1 (predecessor of the K2, and probably now only available as leftover NOS if it is available at all): it was flaky and unreliable. That is based on both my own experience and those reported by several others.

I don't have this, but this is what I want to install on my ST in the near future. Give it a look...

A few of us on the forum have the Halocam. Search and you'll find a few threads on it. The Blueskysea model mentioned above looks to be a pretty good option too.
It's some nice looking kit and seemingly on par with the INNOVV K2 though I didn't do a side-by-side compro of the specs. But they both do 1080p @ 30fps.
I'm an outlier though in wanting at a minimum 1080p @ 60fps. For a demo I'd like to see 60fps from a bike even at 720p. The faster fps may be more helpful at identify objects than high res. Maybe I'll scour YT to see of anybody's run a GoPro at 60fps on a bike.

I have the INNOVV K2 and have been quite pleased with it. I installed it last spring and it served flawlessly all summer. There is some pixelation, when things get busy, but that's to be expected. If you want an example, you can check out my Tail of the Dragon run here.
Less money and works with IOS.
Have you tried it by chance or know someone with it? There's a bad review
(I know that's just one person's comments.)
I have and am pleased with the Innovv K2. Straight forward install.

After my accident a couple of months ago on the 2010, my wife decided that my camera system paid for itself. I'm looking to pick up another INNOVV K2 for the 2012.

It's important to remember these are more designed as motorcycle "dash cams" and you won't get the same higher quality of a true action camera.
The bonus is they are hard wired and can be installed and for the most part forgotten about vs fiddling with multiple cameras, mounts and batteries.
Used as a dash camera though, they are ideal.

This thread “HaloCam M1 Motorcycle Dash Camera” has helped me make a decision towards either the Halo or the MotoWolf, which is almost its clone

Bought this two years ago. Good deal. Store the screen/dvr under the seat cameras are weather proof

(one of my only problems with these systems. The other being they transmit/interfere with UHF radios)
...not to be mean, but what are they thinking?!
Its for an all weather open canopy motorcycle, not a cager dash cam.
I for one want the DVR LCD displayed and mounted where I can see it when I want to.
Maybe mounted on the dash near the clocks will be protected enough.
