Checking, I'm rebuilding the search index, takes a few mins, to see if that fixes it.

How you clear your cache depends on your OS and the browser in question. So you might what to include that in your search.

I didn't clear my cache as it would mean all my login passwords would have to be established. I was able to search for st-o data in my browser prefs and delete only those cookies, without affecting any other sites.

There's nothing in the settings that cares about VPNs... unless the IP range is associated with spammers.

My 1st thought would be you need to add the site url to your VPN whitelist settings.

As an FYI I use CCleaner to manage browser and temporary file cleanup, as well as deleting unwanted cookies.

The program allows you to exclude cookies you want to keep and this site's are on the protected list.

I run this program every couple of weeks, also checking what's in startup and what has been installed, deleting or inactivating what I don't want, then a reboot.
