Coffee doesn't make me nervous...
People make me nervous...
Coffee helps me tolerate them... :coffee:

G'Day...

16°/26°C, blue skies, glaring sun... ☀️

Home Nespresso... :coffee:
Office Nescafé... ☕
motorcycles it is, ze GF seems progressively keen to get on her's... :radleak:

office, dull...
arrived to an empty building at 0720hrs, thus wasn't even officially present (nor having had my Nescafé yet...)
as the first truck arrived so I had to unload a/c kit crates with the pallet truck and push them into the warehouse... :cautious:

and you can observe an epidemic of being late by other office drones when the boss-man is out...
no one shows up before 0815hrs when his (public) calendar is filled...

Why I'm always in early?
To avoid that progressively dense traffic buildup after 0730hrs... when the smombies start their daily "lets block all and everything" ritual...

Well, have a good Twoesday...

Good morning and thx Martin!
My newspaper (real paper) didn’t arrive this morning, and I hope that’s the worst thing that will happen to anyone today..

The launch yesterday was successful, but I would not have found my way back home without the navigation app on my phone…..once I docked the sun chased the fog away..

Found the bearings in the boat trailer was toast yesterday, so new ones will be ordered today.
Seems like a straight forward procedure to replace them.

I will also finish the removal of my deck, if the promised rain stays away.

Be careful out among them english!
Stu

This pic is from last year….yesterday I saw nothing, same place

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee, Martin.

According to the Windows weather app, it's 52°F and mostly clear in Rockville, where sunny skies and a high of 74 are expected.

@STooRay I'm glad you survived the fog. I spent nearly all day yesterday in a fog myself, but it was only inside my head. I just couldn't get going, nor really think clearly about much of anything. Somewhere in there I seem to have signed up for a week long 400 mile bicycle ride in Iowa, the third week of July. What was I thinking?

Stay safe and well everyone, and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Morning all, and thanks for the startup Martin.

No fog here, just a frosty 3C. The sun is out though, which mage the cage drive in decent. I also arrived 15 mins early, so again, decent. I did have to wait for a bit to get into my office as the cleaner was mopping the floor. It now looks decent, albeit muggy inside. Later today it's supposed to pop up to 14, but cloud over and rain. Cages do have their purposes.

Hope everyone has a great day.

No news is good news, unless it's a news paper.

Obo.

Good morning all!
I’m re-adjusting to life now, today’s agenda, mow the dandelion crop! They are apparently good for lots f things, However, I do not like them! The farmer in me, wants 24D applied!
That’s apparently not condoned these days!
Currently 6C headed to 24 another beautiful day, to be on the Bruce Peninsula!

Has anyone heard from Patty?
I’ve also been thinking of our “dear friend” from over there, I hope their excursion to the Isle of Skye went well for them! A lot of walking etc!

Enjoy your day!

Good morning, all. Thanks for the coffee, Martin. I just heard on the news, that it’s National Leave the Office Early Day. Who knew?

Cooler. 62/79 and SUNNY! Clear skies remaining through Saturday.

More yard work, as well as household chores, dictates that I finish this cup and get to it. Well, maybe just one more cup.

John

Good morning and thanks for the coffee, Martin.

It's sunny and 47, rising to 75 and becoming partly cloudy, later.

Yesterday's track event was indeed a snooze fest.
The Audrain car museum rented the track for the day, and there were five cars that attended. There were at most 3 cars on-track at any time.
Meh, they pay me no matter how many show up.

On my way home , I stopped and bought oil and filters for the Tacoma's change. No center stands will be involved this time.
I might do the change while Brenda mows the lawn.

Brenda's former employer is hosting a night at the Worcester Red Sox game, so we'll hang out with them, tonight.

Enjoy your day ,
Steve

Thanks Martin.
What is a SSDD? I'm very familiar with SSDs, solid state drives.
Is it a solid state double drive?
We did the Leave Work Early thing yesterday, because storms knocked out power. Left at 2pm.
Rode home in the rain, no dog and trailer, but I waited until the wind stopped pushing all the rain sideways. The back yard was found to have added a new tree top that the wind blew out of a hickory.
All I need is more deadwood in the back yard.
Pfffttt.
I won't say any more right now, because I'm still offended at losing my post from Sunday morning.
It might have been a good one, but now we'll never know.
But I DO know I'm looking forward to the @Nashcat RTE Saturday, and I hope to see y'all there.
Please don't be offended that I don't remember everyone's name.

Good Morning, thanks Martin. Fresh pot of Nabob Organic on my Second cup, breakfast was made and eaten. Today Garbage day,oh Yeah, anyway a trip to Princess Auto is needed, one of the Tires on the Right mowing Deck is damaged and leaking, JB welded the rust pits on the rim ,will be sanding it today. Other than fixing a flat nothing else on the agenda, take care Y'all G

Howdy all. Currently 61, high of 82, sunny all day long. I've been fed and caffeinated and am headed to the flying field to get a few hours in before the crosswinds pick up. This afternoon, the wife and I plan on taking the Land Cruiser up into the mountains for some off roading and to see if our favorite trails are open yet. We didn't get much snow this year so we're hoping the trails are open earlier than usual.

Morning all! Another beautiful sunny, clear blue sky kind of day here. 12C right now, high of 26C promised for later. Good thing I brought shorts and tee shirt to wear for the ride home under the appropriate gear of course.

Rhymes with hit? How does shite rhyme with hit......?

TIL; I was going to commiserate with Keith that at least Iowa is flat but then googled the matter (due diligence don't ya know) and learned that while there are flat sections, Iowa has varied terrain and doesn't even rank in the top ten of flat states.

Am currently on the hunt for a new mattress as ours seems to have decided to inflict serious bodily injury on me while I sleep. I basically have to roll off the bed as my back is so sore. This mattress shopping seems designed to baffle and confuse even the most wariest shopper. Couldn't be more confusing than if it was designed by the guvmint. One website even recommended type X for side sleepers and yet when I took their mattress quiz designed to give you recommendations for the "personal touch", it suggested the exact opposite. That's what I call a bad touch....

Hope everyone has a great day!

Gather the details on each model prior to your decision, then sleep on it.
