Are these aftermarket?

I'm surprised at how much this bike scrapes the pegs and then I took a closer look. This doesn't look factory.

I'm selling the bike, and a guy who had one previously noticed them.

The person who owned it before me was about 6'3" and maybe he did it for leg room? It's doesn't look like a LOT but I'd like to know your thoughts.

Am I right or am I wrong? Do they scrape a lot?

Yes, those are aftermarket. Stock pegs stick straight out from mounting point.

I am sure you can take the pins out and move the pegs up and in to the original position. All the OEM parts are still there. That should keep them tighter to the frame and higher. Then you just drag the outside of your shoes first

Just an F.Y.I. if you are thinking of selling them. Those are MCL (Motorcycle Larry) non-adjustable rider foot peg lowering brackets. You can probably sell them easily as they are no longer being manufactured and they are more sought after than the adjustable ones.

If you do decide to sell, I would be interested in purchasing them as I have a 35 inch inseam , very long legs.

Then you just drag the outside of your shoes first

My toes rub first with stock pegs because my long legs angle them downward.
