Apparently we're surrounded by imbeciles...

under the cover of night some self-proclaimed 'environmentalists' place contraptions like this in the fields...

despite the expensive damage to the cutting mechanisms of a combine, will the sparks created set instant fire to the field and machine... :(

Where do such individuals think their food actually comes from?!!

Funny personal story for this theme. I live on a farm, we raise chickens and ducks for eggs and meat - small scale, only 30ac.

I work in downtown Toronto. A couple of years back I had a lady at work (adult, with 2 kids) buying eggs from me each week for about 2yrs. One day she returns her eggs because one of them is dirty. So I accept it back and apologize and indicate that we try to wash them properly, but mistakes happen. She asks me how an egg might get chicken poop on it like that. I explain which end of the chicken the eggs come out of...she gasps. Never bought eggs from me again.

.. and a vegan is born...

A large contributor to these situations is the fact that in the last 50 years the number of people directly involved in agriculture (in one form or another) has declined from near 20% to something less than 5%. People really don't know where their food comes from. They certainly do not understand how the abundance, and variety, of food can be available year around (at least in 1st world countries).

You dumbasses food comes from walmart...lol
People dont realize a simple fact.....EVERYTHING we have comes from mother earth there is no other place to get it

Actually, if you look up (like YouTube) how eggs are formed, it’s pretty interesting…and delicious (just don’t think about it as you’re having your omelette)! I’ve been looking a lot of this stuff up- chickens are harvested ~ 6-7 weeks and cows maybe 1-2 years of age. Food needs to come from somewhere, right? I’m just glad to be higher up on the food chain. And if you’re a vegetarian, what about vegetable rights??????????

:sneaky-2x:

As for intentionally trying to wreck farm equipment, if caught, the perps should do many years in prison or be forced to pay back in full damages plus penalties (plus, they’re trespassing on someone else’s owned land).
