Ctrl-P and print a hardcopy or save as PDF. This will keep the formatting as you see on the page, making it easy to read through.

Excellent post .... beginning to pre-plan a long time coming Bucket List western trip and because of finances, .... planning to camp 1/3 to 1/2 of my anticipated 20 day trip. I haven't camped since Boy Scout days. Info in this thread will be of great help. ............ QUESTION ........... Is there a way I can print this thread? Thanks.
Yo Sam, long time no see....

Printing the thread won't help you since by the time you need it you'll be on your trip already lol... Trial and error is the name of the game... go on a couple weekend camping trips near home to test our your gear and how comfortable you are and adjust from there... here's a thread I started a while back that might also help some:

I suggest a test trip like Joe suggests, and make written lists of stuff you needed but didn't bring, stuff you brought but didn't need, and a final list of stuff you should bring next time.

Yo Sam, long time no see!

Yep .... long time! Too long. Lost my best three friends and riding buddies over a period of three years and it took the wind out of my sail. Ken to ALS, Ralph to COPD and Bill to sepsis. It made me look at my mortality so to compensate, I purchased a 2011 Suzuki M109R! Makes sense doesn't it? .... That was a big mistake!! So, I cleaned the dust off the ST, spent a bunch of money getting her back in shape and did a four day ride to western NC and Georgia about three weeks ago. It felt great.

Thanks for the info. Good to be back. Looking forward to seeing/riding with you again. Also, good to see Tor is still hanging around.

Wow. Sam!! I haven't seen you on here in...ages. How in the world have you been doing?

Tor ..... How's it going?!? I just posted a note to Joe. Check it out and it will give you the best explanation I have. But, ... I'm back! Hope to see you out there on two wheels one of these days ..... even though it looks like you have gone over to the dark side? But I love Beemers too .... :) Regarding my recent post on this forum, In retrospect, if I needed information on camping, I should have given you and Joe a shout out. Y'alls combined camping knowledge would fill several volumes.

Thanks, Larry ...... a lot easier than doing a bunch of screen shots!!! ... Also, .... for the suggestion on test campouts! Cold weather is here so all I have right now is my search for knowledge!?! Or, perhaps in my basement and do a virtual campout using Zoom with ST1300 camping aficionados?!?
