Dow Corning’s g-n paste is specified in the original workshop manual. The requirement was for 40% MoS2 - although some of the products recommended by Honda have less than that. But we never found out whether the 40% was by weight or by volume. With MoS2 it makes a big difference MoS2 has a density of about 5gm / cm3 - so 5 times denser than water. About the same density as iron pyrite - fools gold.
There was confusion because the Honda Product was called Moly 60. They stopped supplying it - I believe it was G-n Paste from Dow Corning, who stopped making it for a while. I contacted Dow Corning at the time about it, but they warned me off Silicone based products for this application - saying they are generally not suitable for extreme pressure situations.
Honda started supplying a replacement made by Poly-si - a company that specialised in reproducing greases and pastes, typically using silicone bases - to ‘reproduce’ the MolyPaste. It was short-lived and it seemed to lead to a situation where Honda had no replacement for Moly 60 / g-n Paste and were oddly silent about the issue.
Whether the Ali Express stuff is the same is anybody’s guess. Dow Corning moved over to Silicone based lubricants a while back. The trademark now belongs to DuPont.
The company selling it through Ali Express is Chinese company trading using the word ‘Molykote’ in its name. ‘Molykote Special Lubricati…..”. Ali Express has customer feedback figures which would give me cause for concern. Operating since 2023.
If it is cheap, I would be very wary of it. My opinion only.
You can always find out. Contact DuPont and ask if this is a legitimate outlet for the genuine Molykote Brand.
My take is that you can only make moly grease/paste cheap if you cut down on the Moly.
We know that the loctite stuff does a good job, and we know that Rocol’s version is also good.

has some Rocol Paste - 4 lots left. He bought a big batch and is selling it in 100g containers. Ie you don’t get the big tin ! £40 - which is a lot, but that’s how much it costs. The 100g of paste will last you longer than the bike.
50% Moly , and the same as the one specified in the Honda manual - except Rocol changed the name from ASP to Dry Moly Paste. I have confirmation of that from Rocol.
Bike-Quip - the link above - are not fulfilling orders for a couple of weeks after 17 August - he’s a one man business and is on hols, I guess. I use the Rocol stuff, and it’s every bit as good as the g-n paste that Honda use to supply.
You might find somewhere online that has the loctite.
