Had a ton of carb issues (clogged pilot and needle jets), on my '91 ST, prior to using this concoction:

Two Stroke Oil + Fuel Conditioner.
Pennzoil Marine XLF TCW-3 + StarTron (128gal concentrate packaging).

1/4 oz TCW-3 oil + 1/16 oz StarTron.

I mix the two together in a graduated 4oz leakproof nalgene bottle, and store it onboard.
Mixture is enough for total of 16 gals. Add appropriate volume to tank during fuel stop.
Most all filling station in my travels sell E10.

Have been implementing this for four years.
Carb problems miraculously vanished, even after sitting for 6+ weeks.
Checked bowls this winter during coolant hose replacement; clean carbs, no green goop, no yellow scale.
