There's a front coming through this evening into tomorrow which will bring some rain today and much cooler temps for the weekend. Prime riding season in Texas is on the way!

Whatever you want to call it, it is always welcome with great happiness here in Louisiana

Don't worry, we'll soon be complaining about how cold it is to ride in January.. burrrr...

Texas weather is only somewhat predictable. We may jump from Summer to a cold, wet Autumn in just a few days.
Several of my 31 years here have had only two seasons...with just two/three comfortable weeks in between.

Supposed to be in the 80s Saturday. We have our first home game at Baylor and for the first time in 5 years, it's not going to be 100 degrees.

We've had a lot of hot and muggy weather here in KY. The weather just changed and will be cooler, perhaps for the rest of the summer and into fall. We head to FL for the winter before it gets too cold here. Winter riding in Florida is wonderful, except for the nuts on the road (and I don't mean cocoanuts).

Well the mornings are dark over in the UK, all the summer riders have put their bikes in the garage......................................good more road for the all year round boys like me:).

We have had a rubbish summer for a change, LOL!, so the rainy season is here again and ive dusted off the heated jacket, should be ok for another month before the 6am commute requires a bit of help in the heat dept.

Autumn is my favourite season, if I could have it like that all year id be a happy bunny.

Chris

Looking forward to the winter riding season here.

I sympathize with you Chris, having spent a few years riding year-round in Lincolnshire, I know that a bad winter here equals a good summer in UK.
If it's any consolation, summer hasn't been a lot of fun for riding here, being hot and humid, but we got our first cool day yesterday, to give us a taste of the good things to come.

Really looking forward to taking the bikes down to the Curry Festival in St. Pete's this weekend.

My ST is about to come out of summer hibernation. I've only put 150 miles on it since the middle of June. My dual sports have been getting all the service during the heat of the summer. Time to get out and enjoy the next 9 months.

I'd prefer not to FALL :D. Autumn here means rain and wind and generally unpleasant riding weather.

Yep Temps below 90 sure feel good.
Down here we ride all 12 months, because we just have 3 seasons, Jan, Feb, & Summer.
Well I did leave out Hurricane Season, and Snowbird Season.

Well, up here it was 4 "metric" degrees on the ride in to work this morning. And dark too... so out comes the reflective bib and winter gloves. For us in Eastern Ontario, riding days of 2015 are numbered.

60?F riding into work this morning. First time my hands have been chilly in months!

The weather is turning in Michigan, so my wife and I will be leaving for our winter home, in Bradenton FL, in a week.
