Re: Fuel Cut Eliminator for ST - On-Off Throttle Issue Resolved
If you are here reading this forum it should be pretty clear to you that buying this product is a gamble. This is a reverse engineered product.
Now if you walk into a bike shop, have an ST, see this device hanging on the wall and buy it, that's a different story.
This isn't an exact science. Dynojet tried to create a product for the ST1300 and failed miserably. They had my bike on a dyno for 8 hours and couldn't figure it out. They just pulled the product from their shelves.
Ivan has been through a couple of design changes and is trying to create a product for us that corrects a problem Honda refuses to acknowledge even exists.
I really feel for the guys who have been through a few iterations and appear to have a bike that this product doesn't fix. For me, my bike is a dream to ride. Too bad it isn't simple to fix them all.
I understand how Dan feels. We Brits have the Sale Of Goods Act that says an item must be fit for the purpose for which it was described, or you get refunded - it's the law!
