If you're going to give a serious answer, it's #3. The tube to 6 is blocked.
damn, you got me. I noticed the tubes exiting the glasses were blocked, but didn't notice the inlet being blocked.
The tube to 7 is blocked, too.
The level in 1 will never get high enough.
Oh crap! Good thing I never became a plumber... perhaps I shouldn't do any brake or cooling system maintenance unsupervised.
