I installed the HaloCam 2 months ago. Video recording works. I don’t have audio recording and in settings I see open microphone.
Contacting Amos in customer service via text he sent me a replacement mic’. Still no audio.
Bypassed extension cable did not help.
Possible issue with DVR or operator error?
I’ll have to get back with Amos.
