I think I have a leak

I also see a nick or damaged area on the left hose at the bottom of the picture above this writing.
As well as at least three points where the hose(s) are laying on, or are going to wear against the metal fasteners they are resting against.

I will keep an eye on it.

Your frustrated enough, wait for the new gasket.
Have you considered replacing the t-stat housing?
Is it pitted badly, causing leaks?

I did replace the t-stat and housing. I had a minny geyser at the top of the cover. Ordered the gasket and while trying to place the cover back on the gasket tore. :mad: 2 on order this time.
