Suits Jacket and pants or one piece suit?

Two piece for me. I went to Motoport and had them build me a suit. I went with the stretch kevlar versus the mesh kevlar.
Motoport stretch kevlar is great stuff ! Marathon jacket and street jeans. Lots of armor in the pants, yet they can be worn in comfort all day long just like regular jeans. No 'overpants' for me. Full armor in the jacket too, including chest and back, yet perfectly comfy.
If only it was waterproof. But the occassional inconvenience of a rain jacket and pants is ok.

The other concern with the One Piece Aerostitch suits is that the chest and waist can only be different by two of their size jumps, so if your shoulders/chest are much different than your waist, you're better off with a two piece.
I have a Darien top and AD-1 pants. Totally custom sized and they worked well with me to get this done. LOVE them!

Again, that depends. I'm 6ft, wear a 48-50 coat, but with a 36 waist. A one piece Aerostich size 50 fits great in the upper body, but baggy in the waist. The cinch straps at the waist gather the suit acceptably. Its still roomy but I prefer that, better for layering and cooler in summer. Im not arguing against a two piece, just that the one piece works better than I expected it would. I used to own a two piece.....
