How we love our coffee, myself included. So here's a couple of things to know about your coffee drinking habits. First thing in the morning, be sure to put some protein in your empty stomach before you drink any coffee! A hard boiled egg is good, or a wee bowl of greek yogurt. then after 15 or 20 minutes, have at that wonderful mug of coffee! This way, there'll be no jitters like you usually feel when you have too much caffeine. And follow with your hen fruit and piggy bits, if you like... Later, coffee in moderation is ok, even at lunchtime. Even if your lunch happens a bit late, you're still good. However, that's it - no more 'til tomorrow! (BTW, thanks for the use of your terminology, Uncle Phil!)
