Monday March Twoth coffee and weather

How we love our coffee, myself included. So here's a couple of things to know about your coffee drinking habits. First thing in the morning, be sure to put some protein in your empty stomach before you drink any coffee! A hard boiled egg is good, or a wee bowl of greek yogurt. then after 15 or 20 minutes, have at that wonderful mug of coffee! This way, there'll be no jitters like you usually feel when you have too much caffeine. And follow with your hen fruit and piggy bits, if you like... Later, coffee in moderation is ok, even at lunchtime. Even if your lunch happens a bit late, you're still good. However, that's it - no more 'til tomorrow! (BTW, thanks for the use of your terminology, Uncle Phil!)
 
Late morning Keith & All from mixed clouds, Sun & :wind1:, in Southern Utah!

Currently it is 61F, up from 46F and heading for 63F. The winds are already howling from the SSW @ 9 to 19mph.

MARCH! This year is already going WAY TOO FAST! And Daylight Savings Time, already? I'm still trying to get used to the other! o_O

I took my truck back to find out why it's leaking oil. The Tacoma has just under 110K miles on it and I guess, things are needing attention. I found out that the oil pan is only RTV'd (or some other glue) on and that the RTV gets old and starts cracking. So after they did the oil change, some of the RTV came loose and now it needs to be replaced. So, $700+ later... They have to order the new pan, then replace the old one, so, sometime on Friday, it should be ready to go. :censored::censored::censored:💩:censored::censored::censored:💩:censored::censored::censored:

Yes, I could do it myself and save $500, but my problem is it would take me a week or two, to recover. :sick1: Laying on my back, trying to work on stuff, just doesn't work anymore! :cautious:

It seems as soon as I catch up on bills, more find their way into my life!

Eggs (fried), bacon (bits), toast (Chris's homemade Sourdough) & OJ (Costco quit carrying the good stuff, so now it Tangerine Juice?) to start the morning. Pepsi(s) later.

Weather has been so nice here, perfect riding weather-can’t, still outfitting, but even the downtime I am having fun with it.

Currently- 61f but with that damn windchill..
feels like 60f !! Tomorrow highs mid 70s.

I don’t know about this new Alexa voice person thingy.

For the past month or so she’s been asking if I wanted to hear her new voice.. I am sure you know this..
I had never said anything about that and now it appears her new voice has been pushed out as the new standard and also new.. get this, is attitude.
The very first time we met, I went off on a typical tirade about a stupid response and she told me in her new Alexa voice that I didn’t have to be rude, WT&?! where the old Alexa would just shut up or say she didn’t understand.
Well the second time I responded I told her sorry about that.. and she said that she appreciated my efforts to be nice??!!
AND, now it’s seems like she’s never happy with me and treats me with attitude. You can’t make this up!

That’s when I realized my primary interactions with life seems like a voice in my pantry… and a forum website!
I do enjoy the website.. don’t know about this girl in my kitchen, in my bedroom, patio, garage.. hmmmm, I sure wouldn’t have complained about that 50 yrs ago!!

It was a great day to get the ST back out, stiff brakes and two [24pisi - felt like flat] tires; I flipped it around end for end and thought I was gonna drop it; it weighed a thousand pounds
