it has more room than the Nighthawk 550 thats in the stable

I almost bought a Nighthawk 550, back in 1983. But I decided to go with the 650 Nighthawk instead. In four years, I put 74K miles on it before crashing it.

I had the opportunity to relieve a disenchanted owner of their 650 Nighthawk which I had put a couple hundred miles on for free. Regrettably I had very little room to house it. It would have meant moving my car and GL1000 every time I wanted to ride and move them back. And again when it was time to stow it so I passed. I've since regretted it a lot. It was and would be my perfect around town and even a day ride bike. Later I got a V65 Sabre that did that and more. But that 650 was a sweet ride.
