Looking for recommendations for passenger floor boards. Wife finds it difficult getting on. Says it's hard to pivot on the small pegs. She has floor boards on my Suzuki and likes them but they don't fit my st 1300

You could also try putting the bike on the side or center stand and with you holding the bars and brake lever have her get on in the drivers position, then scoot back up onto the passenger spot. After she's on, you get on as normal.

Dismounting is done the same way but in reverse.

@the Ferret did it.
See the below posts;
Floor Boards, and here, and here.
The pictures are gone, but I am sure that he can put them back in if you ask him nicely.

If you are adventurous, I can also supply you with instructions to make your own.

I'm sorry, but I no longer have the pics. Maybe someone on the forum saved them?

Here's a pic of them mounted on the bike though

and here it shows them folded up

I remember we made a flat plate 1 1/2" wide by 5 1/4" long, 1/4" thick that bolted to the back of the wing floorboard and had to weld a piece of 3/4" square stock with a hole drilled in it to the flat plate that mounted in the stock ST footpeg bracket.

that is exactly what my wife is looking for. I quickly read the posts. Seems they are from 02-08 goldwing? but I'll need to fabricate something to mount them to? is that correct?

Yes its really a simple flat plate ( that bolts to the backside of the wing floorboards) with a stub of 3/4" bar stock welded to it that goes in the ST's footpeg holder held in by the stock pin and clip. Wish I had saved the pics. Any qualified fabricator could easily make them.

If you blow the bottom pic up you can see them pretty well.

These just replace the rubber inserts on the OEM pillion foot peg. They're on the old ST1300 (currently at a mate's place) so I can't be recall / sure how they're attached, but I think two 10mm hex bolts are loosened, rubber removed, alloy platform placed in position and 10mm hex bolts tightened.

They were custom made for previous owner, I picked-up on Gumtree, similar to Craiglist. Simple to fabricate - with the rights tools, know how and skills. Well, perhaps not so simple.

I use Goldwing footpegs on my ST1300 in the rider's position. The ones I have are just a little larger than the original ST1300 ones, and I believe hang just a little lower (or maybe not). They use the factory mounting point. I can get a photo, but not sure about part number. They look like this:

Did you come up with something? I just got a voyager with passenger floor boards. I’ll donate to the cause if your interested.

Love this idea, Kathy has trouble with the stock pegs, I think I should be able to make some that bolt on stock pegs. I'll have to figure out what to use for the rubber

This looks like a reasonably simple solution to my wife's issue. Might be a winter project. Love this forum. Ask a question, get an answer.
BTW, just finished my first week long camping trip, 2 up towing trailer. Zero issues. MPG only slightly worse than 1 up, loaded with camping gear. Bigger solo trip in 2 weeks from Newfoundland to well advertised WoodSToc in New Brunswick, then to Maine and wherevever else I can get with 2 weeks vacation.
