My SMH10 pairs with my Iphone 6 and I can make calls but it won't stream Pandora or Amazon music. I thought it might be an update issue so I updated the firmware but no dice.

Check your iPhone "Call Audio Routing" found in Settings>General>Accessibility>Call Audio Routing and confirm it is on Automatic. That should also route your music audio correctly to your headset when it is paired. I use Spotify now, but looking at my Amazon music app, I see there is an option to "Connect to a Device" that you will find when you touch the 3 small dots menu icon in the top right of the screen of that app. Try that. I'm not sure about Pandora.

Does it play music from the Apple Music app? FWIW, I can play music through both Pandora and Amazon Music with my SMH10 and iPhone 6S, so it is possible. I don't remember having to adjust anything in either app, the phone controls it. Try tapping the Airplay icon from the app or on your sleep screen, making sure your Sena is selected.

I did see that. The only option was airplay. If you select "my device not listed" there are instructions for checking the device you are trying to stream on for compatibility. Friday, 20Sep everything worked as advertised. Monday, 23Sep and today no music.
Paul, I have been streaming from both Amazon and Pandora as well. I will double check the airplay.

I emailed Sena and the response was to factory reset the headset and remove pairing from phone. Performed reset and repaired with phone this morning and works like a charm.
Not to steal thread... but my Sena 10s are old... and battery finally went belly up & died ( original Sena with coaxial plug )
Was able to replace battery...all good again.

March 2021 Edit: this is now the battery I use, since it already has the connector. Be sure to check polarity of the connector to make sure it wasn't wired wrong.

I just ordered new batteries as I can no longer get a full week of use out of my 6yr old pair. I'm now using a Google Pixel 4a and asking google to perform tasks is seamless. I also installed an Aladdin Connecto Wifi opener on my garage. I am able to use voice commands to open and close the garage which makes riding up to an open garage possible.
I sure hope you programmed it to respond to "Open sesame!"

Unfortunately, the request to open is "Hey, Google ask Aladdin connect to open/close door." Once that request is made the Genie app replies in a very lethargic sounding voice like it couldn't be bothered.
