Due to demands on my time..........1700 square feet of new flooring. And the fact the bikes need some love before riding, and the weather........This year's trip to AZ will be driven and not ridden.....
But that is OK, cause the wife and our yellow lab can join me. Hope to make contact with forum members while we are in the Phoenix area next weekend...

Well that should help me a bit with miles...
Well thats too bad your not riding, but still you are going so that a great thing. When I head out I am hoping for no wind, 70+ weather in the north and hotter as I make miles south. Great post and even got me more excited for next weeks start of my adventure!
a great ride from flagstaff to phoenix is 89a south through Sedona to Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott and into Phoenix. you will see mountains, high deserts, and desert. awesome day ride or plenty of stops you can make a weekend of sight seeing. if your looking for a twisty cold ride in the mountains 191 in eastern Arizona is a great ride. not for beginners!!!!!
When I was a kid, Slide Rock was a place you just pulled your car over to the shoulder of the road, then slid, scrambled or whatever until you got to the bottom. I never went in (my parents wouldn't let us), but it sure looked like fun!
Hey, you're back just in time for a great 5k round trip ride down through the Southwest with me![]()
Round trip??? I thought we got a break from you for a few months....:bow1:
You're looking for Oklahoma riders to join you from Washington to Arizona?
Have a great trip, wish I could join you!
