I stopped trying to be everyone's cup of tea.
Now I'm just all coffee.
If you don't like that, one less cup I have to make...

G'Day...
16°/26°C @ 52% RH, mostly clear skies...

home Nespresso in peace and quiet...
office... coffee intake... DELAYED!!!
some numb-nut locked the hallway door... pfffff...
had to wait for that office lady (da boss-man's squeeze if you remember...), who is notoriously late...
is has NEVER been closed since Feb 2024, and I'm getting 'all Monk' when someone forcible changes my routines...

anyhoo... Nescafé... <slurp>
Having to make as much use of my unsupervised time as possible, I spent last evening at the shed...
the '00 ST got her overhauled/cleaned carbs back, installed, synced, etc...
I just like that place within an industrial estate, where else can you start syncing your carbs at 2000hrs without law abiding citizens calling SWAT on you...

enriched idle just a tad, added lots of grunt straight out of idle... coasting in 3rd at 2000rpm and simply throttle away like a stabbed cougar...
Also located the cause for the slight skittish handling; seems I was in a rush when swapping the front rotors...
Visual check confirmed: the groove on the LHS end of the axle was barely visible...
cracked the pinch bolts loose, punched the fork bottom with the heel of my hand, secured the bolts again... AH! Carves like a razor blade through cardboard again...
This also cured the slight dec wobble (highly unusual on Exedras unless they're really worn down)... win-win...
The way home includes some slab, open afterburners and glide along... smooth, powerful...
celebrate your mid of the week
