About 90 miles. No pics, but the bike got baptized by some rain on the road. Fortunately we missed the downpour.

Went to our investment property in Williams Lake, headed out at 6:23 am Friday morning,got to the property by 2:08 pm. Cleaned and repaired a few things on the Trailer Saturday, which means a few trips into town, 18 kilometers round trip. Woke up 6:00 am Sunday ,had Cheerios and instant coffee for breakfast,then packed Lady and closed up the trailer and disconnected the electricity and left by 9:30 for home, stopped at Tim Horton's for more breakfast. Left Tims by 10 am got home by 5:45 pm.

Okay trouble attaching pictures, and description. So total Trip was 1,167 kilometers,$83 dollars for Gas . From Trailer to home was 545 km. Looking at the back yard.

RTE for lunch. Great friends, weather, scenery, no traffic!!! What more could one ask for?! Forecasting snow in the next couple of days so we thought we would get in one last "fast bike" ride!

Did a hundred mile ride up in the foothill canyons west of Denver. Rode the NT1100 today. Great three hour ride to re charge my mental batteries.
Nothing special to report. Went to Costco for a hearing aid appt. Then to Trader Joe's to pick up flowers for my 98 yr old FIL. Then to Whole Foods to return some crab meat. As my wife put it, the crab meat tasted like dog poop. Not having tasted dog poop or that particular crab meet, I can only take her word for it. But it did smell like low tide, which probably means it is better left for seagulls.
The parking lot at Whole Foods was jammed. But on a motorcycle, one can almost always find a parking space.

A lady rider in the Seattle area once posted something I've never forgotten. "If you don't ride in the rain in Seattle, you don't ride." Another saying I've heard is there's no such thing as bad weather...just bad gear.

I have never liked riding in rain!
Especially since an incident 40 years ago when a cage decided it wanted my space on the road!
My reaction was to kick a dent into their door and never ride in rain, especially at night again!

That also applies to Vancouver BC area , or the Wet Coast, most admit the ST is pretty good at handling wet weather, but at 65 I prefer Sunny warm days, ironic part of riding in the rain is most engines give you more power than the tires can handle.

Rode 86 miles. Not great but I had chores. Did move a tag. So very responsible 
I agree. I tell people who look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I ride all year long that I don't mind riding in the rain, and I don't mind riding at night. But to do both at the same time, is crazy. The grey pavement soaks up all the light so you can't see the road, and if you get any rain drops on the inside of the visor, it is like looking through a bathroom window with the headlights coming at you.
I can tell Fall has come. I am now wearing my winter gear. Turned on the heated jacket liner and gloves today. Low was 36F.
