WoodSToc 2 - Aug 15-18, 2024 - Mazerolle Settlement, NB

About Saturday's ride; we'll be going to McAdam railway station / museum, followed by the Ganong chocolate/candy museum and shop in St. Stephen. I've made a reservation for 11;30 am. It's a guided tour, cost is $14 per person. And yes, some yummy samples are included. Tour takes about 45 minutes. Btw, that's a senior rate, which means we're all seniors!
Obo will pick our lunch stop afterward!

We arrived at the site about an hour. We will get some supplies tomorrow and bbq some sausages tomorrow’s dinner, any hungry riders are welcome to join us we will have enough for all.

All the best to you all.
We have just experienced more rain here in Ontario. Hope you don't get drenched this weekend. Sending sunny days to you all.
Woodstock on the calendar for next year.

Just gathered a few photos from the last few days to share. It has been fun but I felt exhausted last night went to bed early. Thanks George for all the effort put into hosting this event.

The Blackcurrent Sour at Big Axe Brewery and Peppermint Patrick liqueur at Moonshine Creek Distillery are outstanding. Good stops. Brought a couple of bottles of Peppermint Patrick home again this week from there. Nice pictures.

Gotta say "thanks for coming", all you happy people! Hopefully, those who are still on the road will soon be home safe. Yesterday afternoon, my dear wife decided that she and I would go to the home of our daughter for some lasagna dinner leftovers. Ah yes, very tasty! Some logistics details worked out well too. Brent rode the Honda to it's home in my garage, and caught a ride home in the car with us. I rode the Tenere home later in the evening. Also, I stopped briefly at River Run to settle up for use of the "upper room". Nicely discounted to $50., works for me.
So shall we do it all again next year? I think that's a tentative Yes, but I need to meet with the new owners in a few weeks, to confirm. We'll need those cabins, even without the babbling brook...

Just spent some time with coffee at hand, reading the bulk of the WoodSToc2 thread. With pleasure!
For 2025, dates will be August 14 to 17. Location - hopefully the same, but I won't be able to confirm for another six weeks or so.
I do apologize for the timing glitch on the recent Saturday ride, which created a need for speed. Sorry ladies! Yes, I'll get more help next year!

Everyone home again? Any pictures waiting to be posted?
I certainly enjoyed doing this, and thought it went fairly well. In particular, a special note of appreciation goes to the wives, their presence helped to keep the boys in line, and certainly made us all look good each time we ventured into a public place!

Yes, home again, and wish to express our many thanks to George, Patti, Obo, Kelly, Rob, Sheila, Gerhard, Cherie, Art, Brent, Cindy, Larry, Sharon and especially George's daughter and grand daughter for the terrific time, rides and meals. Hope I didn't miss anyone, photos coming soon. Oops, almost forgot Deb, I'm a bad husband ;)

@Happy Rob I have my 2 mugs, but one is not like the other!

I noticed that one image was larger than the other....

As for photos, I have some really good ones, but though it best to not incriminate anyone publicly.
