Make sure that the fender extender fits TIGHTLY inside the OEM fender. The very bottom of the fender extender on mine was rubbing ever so slightly on the front tire. I had already used ABS glue to essentially plastic weld the pieces together so I trimmed the bottom a tiny bit to avoid fender to tire contact.
Apply the ABS glue and make sure you clamp the pieces together TIGHTLY so they are in full contact with one another. Other than that, this thing is pretty awesome!.
