Redesign that face and it might be attractive. Looks as if it got smacked in the face with a big board.
The Pan-Am hasn’t been a good selling bike, is the Pan Am ST going to be the HD that saves the hugely traditional brand? IMO, not Hardley.

Beak or no, $26k+ for that weeny thing is waaayyyy too much for what you get, engine aside. That $ is GW territory. Yikes.
A sport-tourer with no luggage? seems contradictory.
