This was during the period when I was waking up to the fact that far too many of our politicians would do anything for contributions into reelection committees. When the evidence doesn't directly support the thesis, there's a lot in it for a few.As I always say -
"Figures don't lie but liars do figure!"
The shorts hold up the sweats with worn out elastic bands. Much cheaper than buying a new pair of warmups.... so, what was actually the point of wearing athletic shorts over sweatpants?...

What really impresses me is if you look at the water line you can see that broadside is shoving the whole ship sideways a good bit. That ship is a minimum of 48,000 tons.
