While I've spent over a decade, helping folks maintain and service their ST1300's, time marches on, and my poor old body is having trouble keeping up
So, while I'll still be available on the White Courtesy Phone, and available to work on a few ST's that find their way into my garage, I'm starting to cut back a little bit on the numbers of bikes I have in my garage at any one time.
I've had the pleasure to assist local riders, long distance riders, iron butt riders, escort riders, patriot riders, forum members, and various departments over the years, and have made a lot of good friends.
I've trained many people, from riders to master mechanics, on how to service these bikes.
I have fond memories, and no regrets...
However, It may be time to pass the torch on to the next ST Whisperer.....
Since I've been helping folks on the West coast for so many years, I've decided to help folks on the East coast as well.
I can think of none better than our very own Aniwack (John) for service stuff on the East coast.
John has always gone the extra mile to assist folks, and has always stepped up to the plate when a rider needs help.
He has helped me swap engines, and knows his way around all the service stuff to keep ST's running in tip top shape.
Besides, he has me on speed dial
I've put together a couple care packages, and shipped them to him to keep his service stuff running smoothly.
I sourced a few more parts and they are sitting in storage waiting for him to come pick them up.
So if anyone needs help or service stuff done near Georgia, please reach out and call John, but do understand, that he does have a day job, and he's not retired like I am.
Now he has to figure out where he's going to keep a spare engine, driveshafts, rear ends, mufflers, exhaust systems, O2 sensors, map sensors, Injectors, Air box assemblies, a spare frame, fuel tanks, lower tanks, shields, wire harnesses, brake calipers, SMC's, brake lines, PCV's, ABS units, ECU's, coils, suspension parts, and more new old stock than most Honda shops keep in stock.
Good luck with that John
