Harley turns Pan Am into Sport Tourer

Back when the Pan American was introduced, I was interested in the bike from a technical perspective mostly. I joined a Pan America owners group on Facebook. I was curious who was buying them so I created a poll asking whether owners were first time Harley buyers or previous Harley owners. The results surprisingly showed 60-70% of owners were already Harley loyalists. Not the result I was expecting and probably not what Harley wanted to see if they were trying to appeal to a new non-traditional group.

Since dealer fees are true of nearly every single new vehicle sold that's not really unique. May as well add on tax and license fees. Which added to any other vehicle in comparisons jacks up their OTD prices as well.
And throw in a couple of tattoo's and you are at $30K

Sorry, chain drive and spoke wheels . . . not for me. It would need some extra lights as well.
