Wow. Some beautiful area to ride.Finished up the 65k mile maint. on the FJR so I needed to test ride it. The temps have been in the 90's for the last few day. Today the high was going to be in the mid 70's. perfect temperature to ride. Sky was blue with no clouds at all. Sun was bright. No wind to speak of. Time to GO RIDE. Again I chose to ride up to Echo Lake at the base of Mt. Blue Sky (Mt Evans). One of my favorite ride as it has a bunch of twist and turns and great scenery. 125 mile round trip. Left the house at 07:30 and was back by 11:00. Once across Denver the fun begins. It was a quick up and back.

You can come to snakestoc in September. But any time you can make it is ok. The campground is open April 1 to October 31.If I ever get out that way you need to take me to Oma's Haus.
